Partner portal

Add a user

Users, also referred to as reseller partner contacts, are representatives of the reseller partner. Users must have Editor-level permissions for the actions below. For more information, see Partner Portal roles.

Tip

Reseller partners can create up to 100 users in the Partner Portal.

To add a user:

  1. Click Add user.

  2. Complete the following information in the window that pops up:

    • select user access. For information about user permission levels, see Partner Portal roles.

    • a username

    • an email address

    • a password

    • confirm the password

  3. Click Add.

    The user is added and appears in the list of users.
