Customizable MV+AI Event Triggers

This enhancement of the "MV+AI config," parameters allows reseller partners to customize the number of alerts and trigger speed for various MV+AI events. By providing this flexibility, we can better meet the needs of reseller partners and enhance the overall user experience. This feature will enable reseller partners to customize MV+AI alerts to their specific preferences and use cases, resulting in more relevant and effective notifications.

Beeps are not configurable for driver and passenger unbelted events.
Streamline RMA Processes with Enhanced Billing Controls

Our new billing controls offer improved RMA management. Prevent unauthorized billing status changes and protect your data. Partners can access device data during the retention period while maintaining additional control over billing. Streamline your RMA process and improve compliance. Please note that partners cannot change the billing status of a refurbished device.
