Drive the vehicle at above 75 km/h for around five minutes. Images from this drive are automatically obtained and saved to be used later in the calibration process.

Until your vehicle is calibrated, images are obtained and saved during every drive above 75 km/h.

Park the vehicle safely.

Log into your Partner Portal account and go the Devices page. From the relevant row, open the three dot menu and select Device Information. The Device information window opens.

When the details are correct, click Calibrate. The Calibrate button only appears for 3.10 dashcams or above that have the necessary images from Step 1 and are currently online or in standby mode.

In the new window that loads, select an image where you have a clear view of the road in front of your vehicle.

Click to switch between centimeters and inches as the unit of measurement.

Enter the camera height, from the ground, in the unit of measurement selected in step 6.

Enter the rear axle width, from the outer edges of each tire, in the unit of measurement selected in step 6.

Enter the camera offset, from the center of the windshield, in the unit of measurement selected in step 6.

If the road-facing lens is to the right of the windshield center from inside the cabin, enter the measurement as a positive number. If the road-facing lens is to the left of the windshield center from inside the cabin, enter the measurement as a negative number.

Adjust the height of the red line shown on your screen, to mark the highest point where the dashboard or vehicle front is visible.

Move the points to mark the edges of the left and right lanes.

When ready, click Confirm.

Your device is calibrated.

Log into your Partner Portal account and go the Devices page. From the relevant row, open the three dot menu and select Device Information. The Device information window opens.

Click the Re-calibrate button.
