Edit the details of a user

Users, also referred to as reseller partner contacts, are representatives of the reseller partner. Users must have Editor level permissions for the actions below. For more information, see Partner Portal roles.

To edit user details:

  2. From the row of the user you want to edit, click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Edit User.

    The following window pops up:

  4. Make the changes required in any of the fields.

  5. Click Save.

    The Users area reloads, with the updated user details.
