Edit the details of a sub-partner

Sub-partners are contractors of a reseller partner, with these sub-partner level permissions: creating and managing the sub-partner's devices and organizations. Sub-partners each receive credentials for a single user.

To edit the details of a sub-partner:

  2. From the row of the sub-partner whose details you want to edit, click the three dot menu.

  3. Select Edit sub-partner.

    The following window pops up:

  4. Make the changes required in any of the fields.

  5. Click Save.

    The Sub-partners area reloads with the new changes saved.
