Reset the admin PIN of a dashcam

You can reset the admin PIN of a dashcam back to the default 3333 from the Partner Portal. This PIN is publicly available in our support documentation and website knowledge base. To secure access to your dashcams, you should change their PINs from the default.

To reset the admin PIN:

Log into the Partner Portal and from the header, click Devices.
From the row of the dashcam whose PIN you want to reset, open the three-dot menu and select Reset PIN.
In the window that pops up, click Continue.
The PIN is reset and a success message is displayed.
