Remove a user

Users, also referred to as reseller partner contacts, are representatives of the reseller partner. Users must have Editor level permissions for the actions below. For more information, see Partner Portal roles.

To remove a user:

  1. From the row of the user you want to remove, click the three-dot menu.

  2. Select Delete User.

    The following window pops up:

  3. Click Delete.

    The user is removed.

    Note

    If removed by accident, the user must be added back again.
