Organizations

An organization contains a number of dashcams. Only reseller partners and sub-partners can create an organization. Doing so allows them to set default settings for all associated dashcams in the organization, and allows them andfleet managers to view those settings.

Organizations therefore represent a step below reseller partners in the hierarchy of dashcam management. Reseller partners and sub-partners can create more than one organization for a client (for example, in order to apply different default settings to each organization), and fleet managers can add groups of dashcams or individual dashcams to an existing organization.

Description

Organization

The name of the organization.

Partner DB

The external reseller partner database with which the organization is associated.

Sub Partner Name

The name of the sub-partner associated with each organization.

Notice

This column is not visible to users with a sub-partner token.

Number of devices

The total number of dashcams associated with the organization, including ones that haven't been activated yet.

Device Retention Minutes

The amount of time that recordings are kept on the SD card of the organization's dashcams, in minutes. After that length of time, recordings are deleted from the SD card to make space for new recordings.

Purge Days

The amount of time that an organization’s data is retained in the cloud before being purged, in days.

To open a dropdown menu (where one exists), click the arrow in the relevant column. Additionally, click below the name of most columns to do a text search. To increase or decrease the size of the table, select the number of rows to display from the dropdown list in the lower left corner of the area.
