Add email recipients for health reports

The Device Health area enables reseller partners and sub-partners to view the details of reports associated with their dashcams and auxiliary cameras.

Health reports can be sent to specific email addresses at intervals between 30 minutes and a week.

To add email recipients:

  2. Click pp-device-email-icon.png. A window opens.

  3. Click ADD. A new window opens.

  4. Enter a single email address and click Add.

  5. In the drop down menu, select the interval at which reports should be sent.

  6. Click SAVE.

    The email recipient is added.

  7. Click i-trash-grey.png next to an email recipient's name to remove the recipient from receiving reports.
