Assign dashcams to a sub-partner

Sub-partners are contractors of a reseller partner, with these sub-partner level permissions: creating and managing the sub-partner's devices and organizations. Sub-partners each receive credentials for a single user.

To assign dashcams to a sub-partner:

  2. From the row of the sub-partner to which you want to assign dashcams, click the three dot menu.

  3. Select Assign Devices.

    The following window pops up:

  4. Enter the IMEI numbers of any dashcams you want to assign to the sub-partner.

    Note

    The IMEI number can be found on the sticker on the dashcam itself or on the back of the dashcam box.

  5. Click Assign.

    The Sub-partners area reloads, and the dashcam appears in the list.
