Add or view comments of an alarm

Adding and viewing comments on an alarm enables you to collaborate with others on resolving the issue. See who else has seen the alarm and what steps are being taken to address it.

To add a comment or view previous comments of an alarm:

  2. From the row of the alarm to which you want to add a comment, or whose comments you want to view, click device_alarms_icon_arrow.png.

    The row expands allowing users to view recommendations and existing comments.

  3. To add a comment, enter it in the text box and click the blue arrow, or press Enter.

  4. To collapse the row, click pp_device_alarms_icon_arrow_up.png.
