Unassign dashcams from a sub-partner
Sub-partners are contractors of a reseller partner, with these sub-partner level permissions: creating and managing the sub-partner's devices and organizations. Sub-partners each receive credentials for a single user.
To unassign dashcams from a sub-partner:
From the row of the sub-partner from whom you want to unassign dashcams, click the three dot menu.
Select View assigned devices. A new screen opens.
Select the dashcams that you want to unassign from the sub-partner or click Select all to select all the dashcams.
Click Unassign
Click OK in the confirmation window that pops up.
The dashcams are unassigned from the sub-partner and can be assigned to other sub-partners.
