Customize the Surfsight® Portal for your brand

Customize the white label portal using your logo, colors, and branding. To rebrand the Surfsight® Portal, prepare the necessary information in advance and submit it with a support ticket. You can create a support ticket by clicking the Partner Ticketing link located at the top of the knowledge base.

To customize and brand the portal for your organization

  1. Create a support ticket providing all the relevant information, as described in Requirements.

  2. We verify that your branding images match the format, sizing, and naming scheme. Image files are stored on the Surfsight® server.

  3. Once ready, the relevant CNAME certificate is sent to you. The certificate is sent approximately a week after receiving the support ticket.

  4. Your site or DNS manager tests the CNAME certificate and sends verification or notification of an issue in a reply to the ticket. This must be completed in 48 hours.

    Important

    If the response to the CNAME certificate is not received within 48 hours, you are notified to start this step again.

  5. Once site configuration and testing is completed, the link is sent to you for testing. It takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to receive this link.

  6. Your team tests the portal and sends back verification.

  7. Upon receiving verification your customized portal will be activated. This takes approximately 1 to 2 business days.

Requirements

To rebrand the Surfsight® Portal, send the following information:

  • logo image files (as outlined in the table below)

  • a sub-domain name, in the format of dashcam.partnername.com or app.partnername.com

    app.surfsight.com

  • an email address for your organization to which visitors can write for more information

    information@surfsight.com

  • the end user license agreement (EULA) URL for your organization

  • the link to your organization's privacy policy

The following table outlines the size and format requirements for the logo images you should provide in your support ticket:
