Update the billing status of a dashcam
The billing status options are:
active - the dashcam is active and being billed
deactivated - the dashcam is not active and not being billed
suspended - the dashcam is not active and not being billed. A monthly suspension fee may apply. Contact your partner success manager for details
pending activation - the dashcam has been ordered but not yet active and is not being billed
Partners can set billing status to deactivated, suspended, or pending activation as detailed below.

To update the billing status:
From the row of the dashcam whose status you want to update, open the three-dot menu and select Device information.
The Device information window opens and the billing status is displayed.
From the drop-down menu, change the Billing status.
Click Change to save your changes.
