Navigate the Partner Portal as a sub-partner
Sub-partner — sub-partners are contractors of a reseller partner, with these sub-partner level permissions: creating and managing the sub-partner's devices and organizations. Sub-partners each receive credentials for a single user.
A sub-partner can manage their devices and organizations through the Partner Portal. The landing page for sub-partners is the Devices area in the Partner Portal. For more information about the Devices area, see Devices.
From the Devices area sub-partners can use the main menu in the header to navigate to other areas and manage different aspects of their devices and organizations.

The Help & Support menu is on the top right of the header. Click the button to open the dropdown to access:
