Getting started with the Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is a platform that allows reseller partners to manage all of their resellers' and customers' devices. With this capability, partners can more easily manage the devices they have in stock and provide customer support.

From the portal, reseller partners can:

add and manage users from their company
manage devices
create and manage organizations - a group of dashcams that they sold to a particular client, and for which they can create default dashcam settings
view and manage device health and alarms
add and manage a single user for each of the partner's resellers (called sub-partners within the portal) - once added, these users can view and share in some (limited) functionalities alongside reseller partners
