Reboot a dashcam

You can reboot dashcam s from the Surfsight Portal . Rebooting the dashcam may be necessary if the dashcam isn't recording.

To reboot the dashcam :

Log into the Partner Portal and from the header, click Devices.
From the row of the dashcam you want to reboot, open the three-dot menu and select Reboot Camera.
In the window that pops up, click Continue.
The camera is rebooted and a success message is displayed.
