Users

The Users area enables reseller partners to view the details of any users with access to the Partner Portal.

Partner — users, also known as reseller partner contacts, are representatives of the reseller partner. There are three levels of access for users: Editor, Editor without media access, or Viewer.

Editor has reseller partner-level permissions: creating and managing any devices, organizations, sub-partners, and partner contacts of the reseller partner. Editors can give access to the Partner Portal to multiple users.
Editor without media access has the editor level permissions listed above, but cannot view or retrieve media such as event snapshots, event videos, live videos, or streaming recordings.
Viewer has limited access in the Partner Portal. Viewers cannot perform actions such as adding sub-partners, users, or organizations, Viewers don't have access to email recipient settings.
Note
Limited access for the Viewer role is only in the Partner Portal. If the user logs in to the Surfsight® Portal they have access to all actions.

The Users area loads.

Component	Description
Name	The name of the user.
Email	The email address of the user.
3 dot menu	The actions you can take associated with the user. The options include: Edit the user Delete the user
Add user button	Add a new user.

Actions

To open a dropdown menu (where one exists), click the arrow in the relevant column. Additionally, click below the name of most columns to do a text search. To increase or decrease the size of the table, select the number of rows to display from the dropdown list in the lower left corner of the area.
