Enhancements
Partner Portal dashboard displays more detail about Inactive devices
SUR-5772
The Partner Portal dashboard now displays the count for all Inactive devices and a chart that shows the percentages of devices that are Activated, Pending Activation, Deactivated, and Locked. A new tooltip pops up when the mouse hovers over the Inactive devices box. The tooltip describes the different categories of devices included in the Inactive device count.
Viewers in the Partner Portal can access the Surfsight® Portal with limited permissions
SUR-6214
Those with Viewer access permissions in the Partner Portal can access the Surfsight® Portal through Organization area, and have User access permissions in the Surfsight® Portal.
In the Organization area of the Partner Portal, the three-dot menu now contains the option to Access Organization for those with Viewer access. For more information about Viewer permissions in the Partner Portal, see: Partner Portal roles.
This option leads to the Surfsight® Portal with User access permissions. For more information about User permissions in the Surfsight® Portal, see User permissions.
